Giving a big thumb up after finished drilling the trailing edge and upsized the rivet hole
of the nose rib to #30.

Finally, drilling the trailing edge of the flap. Proof of me actually doing the hard work.

Here, i am seen using an L-shaped straight edge to align the flap properly before drilling the aft spar using #40 drill bit.

Result of drilling the main rib/nose rib and forward spar.

Here, i drilled the main rib of the starboard flap.

Next, i drilled the nose /leading rib holes using #40 drill bit.

It has been awhile since i last worked on my project. Today, i continued drilling the upper forward spar of the starboard flap using pneumatic means.

Yes, finally I have finished drilling one set of flap . Gotta deburr , corrosion proof plus rivet it later. One done, one to go.

Last but not least, the trailing edge was drilled with its associated wedge-size spar cap sandwiched in between.

Note the limited clecoes in place though the rear spar rivet holes have been fully drilled.

The upper rear spar was being drilled finally.

Driling the nose ribs with #30 bit except for the far outboard and inboard end due to accessibility to hand riveting at a later stage.

Done.

Now drilling the upper main rib from fore to aft starting from the front spar.

Thumb up for another good job.

Confirm trice.

Confirm twice.

Confirm once.

Drilling on the upper front spar began after checking alignment w/ my digital leveler.

Now, the flap was flipped right side up and bounded tightly with few nylon straps.

Taking time to take a photo after hard work in drilling. Note, i have transfered all clecoes from main ribs to nose ribbs due limitted no. of clecoes i have.

Followed by lower the nose ribs.

Main ribs being drilled..

Mission completed.
